SNL's co-founders bring a combined 35+ years of progressive financial accounting experience to their clients. Sameh Zavandi CPA, CMA and Lauren Veliz CPA, CGA have had a deep focus in real estate development, construction, technology, and ESG conscious companies. Their experience encompases companies in different life cycle stages ranging from start-ups that they've helped go public to 400+ million dollar private enterprises. In addition, they bring five years of experience in one of the big four public accounting firms. Sameh and Lauren have hands-on experience in roles ranging from data entry to executive level, for the most part holding complimentary roles within the same organization.
